ARTAQ, the first International competition for urban arts, every year identifies the most representative artists in the development of the so called street art movement and contributes to their exposure. Submissions - free of charge - were closed on the 30th of April. You can discover the winners in France, in Angers, at the end of May, and then around Europe, in the most sensitive to young talents and new artistic movements galleries that will exhibit them during the year...
