It does not happen every day that two of the most important musicians of our time, as Carsten Nicolai aka Alva Noto (Raster-Noton) and Blixa Bargeld (Einstürzende Neubauten), decide to get together and to give life to a fruitful and unusual collaboration, which already merged with the album Mimikry – that enshrined the unusual, surprising artistic partnership – , and then continued on stage across the world. Some months ago, DROME didn’t miss them at Arnaldo Pomodoro Foundation in Milan, under the MITO Festival. Now, more precisely on March 31, 2012, thanks to Fondazione Musica Per Roma and Snob Production, ANBB finally land in Rome, for a live show which marks the first step on the way to the 2012 edition of MIT – Meet In Town, the festival of new sounds, scheduled on June 8 and 9 at the Auditorium Parco della Musica. First guest announced: Atlas Sound… more to come!

* We take this opportunity to share with you the photographs of Blixa Bargeld and Einstürzende Neubauten that Riccardo Dal Conte has taken for DROME magazine n. 11 – FRONTIER, and some shoots of the ANBB live show in Milan, by Carlo Beccalli. Enjoy!
